Well you hit it right on the head, there is nothing, despite all the talk up here nobody has even touched the BEHL registration at the SOS of Florida. If they bought this shell as it is being touted then there should have been a filing as required by Florida statutes. But as we can all see there have been no filings to date to show someone taking this over.
I have no doubt that maybe someone was interested in buying this or is acting like they want to buy this shell. But the reality is it appears to be nothing more than a pump to get some stuck traders out of the mud here.
Behl is actively being solicited but once The buyer does their DD and sees the mess this shell is in, the buyers always walk away. If by a miracle this shell gets sold, all current shareholders will be reversed spilt into oblivion.
