Would you guys relax! This is not a contest on who knows more about the BEHL deal or why or when shares can not be cleared or cleaned up. Pawsons shells are all dirty and dumpy but always make money. In fact RP is one of the few guys that could/did take this stock to 15 cents. The more I think about him retaining some of the CV notes the more I like the deal as we could use this line item to our advantage. A reverse has to happen with ICA/BEHL merger.
