If ICPA current sharestructure was displayed on a Time Square Billboard IMO it wouldnt matter

Because then it would be something else and everything

* How come Steve doesnt post if he is wearing ICPA underwear, what is he ashamed of?

* How come Steve doesnt issue a 8K to tell his shareholders how he pays for Gas? Is he issuing shares for pay for Gas?

* Does Steve attend the same Church as the Preacher Mang from Punch TV? If he does, is Steve issuing Shares to put money in the collection plate?

IMO the darts being thrown at Steve arent sticking, almost next to nothing can be proven wrong....so lets go after the TA.....Weak arguments are getting diluted

Being aware of numbers and not the story that goes with it is very misleading.

This company has literally come from development stage at that point to a fully functioning, and more importantly growing company.

A media company which has since, Bought a TV network. Forged several relationships with companies including at least 1 multi billion dollar investor.

Whome has ties with part of the production team for the EZVIP reality show. They produce a show for HD.net owned by Mark Cuban.

Another EZVIP investor has brought an A-list celebrity to endorse their product. A lot of people are pulling for EZVIP with there wallets. And those wallets are deep.

The exposure this will generate for the EZVIP brand is a big reason for Al and his team of investors to do this IMO. For that show to be a big hit may very well be the tide that rises all ships. With 1 hit show you can dramaticaly increase the revenue of that, and EVERY OTHER SHOW on that network.

Its a win win win, and without funding we don't get to attract partners like this. We need money to make money. I trust steve can make a dollar outta .15!

Actually, ICPA reports MORE than it HAS to. That is just one of the many reasons it makes sense to uplist to the OTC-QX. Not many people recognize (or maybe they do) the HUGE SIGNIFICANCE OF THAT MOVE!

When ICPA goes QX, it's blue skies all the way!!!! Much harder to try to plant seeds of doubt, sown in false information, then.

So, IMO, the sooner ICPA uplists, the better!!!

QX on the way to NASDAQ! A lovely and profitable stop along the way.
