No the company does not have to issue an 8k to issue shares .. They have already raised the authorized to 2 billion and indicated in filings that business could be conducted with the issuance of shares.. This is really basic stuff here on how companies operate. That is why having an ungagged ta is important.


The oustanding has already gone from 71 million to at least 800 million in 8 months. The only time we get to see the updated count is every 3 months in a quarterly report.. ( because they have to).. A lot can happen in between and is why it's good to be able to keep track
