TLON..$1.34.. Short selling here has been virtually non-existent. Only 7,673 shares short at month ending 6/29/12. 15 trading days left till the PDUFA on 8/12 (Sunday). The PDUFA decision will most likely come on 8/10 (Friday). Not a lot of shares to short here, so I don't anticipate a raid prior to approval. TLON shares are controlled mostly by Warburg Pincus at this point. Lots of common & preferred shares locked up.
As far as stock pricing, it has closed between $1.30 & $1.38 for 7 straight trading days (b/w July 11th & 19th) with volume averaging about 300K shares per day. Looks like there has been some consolidation
