The DRMS Stipulation between CGFIA and the DRMS.





"Revise the Permit to address" That's the AM-03 and they did address those issues in the Amendment. The DRMS does not require the work to be done in in order to remove the C & D
"or secure a new" - They have secured a new facility.

And I Quote " WHEREAS, Colorado Goldfields and the Division are now in the process of satisfying condition A, which will by its nature satisfy condition B.


There is no substitute for doing DD Correctly.
