Can you explain why cgi officer unloading before the news? What kind of news if you dont mind?

Bad news. If you were to ignore the constant drumbeat of cgfia board posting old news, speculations of mill conditions, etc, and just looked at the DRMS site records, you would see that Cgi needs to get actual work done and didn't get most of it accomplished. This was just to lift the C&D and address the tr-11 issues. Contrary to comments, guyer and Cgi are not prohibited to do expected work on the mill to address these issues. The previous issues were not addressed satisfactory, so just submitting plans of what you want to do isn't the whole answer. guyer can't expect to get a permit based on what he wants to do, and not do what he was mandated to do by DRMS rules and regs. Plans are part of the process, not THE whole process. guyers going to have a rude awakening again.
