Gary should have file first IMO
IMO too much evidence to the Contrary that could go against him.
* He didnt file first - I think this is the biggest strike, why would a ruling Judge care if a CEO of a publicly traded company that should be focused on shareholder value that Gary doesnt like filing lawsuits first.
* Gary continuing working with PM
* He never issued a retraction statement that he would no longer pursue the Letter of Intent to acuire PM
* The January 2012 PR's and YouTube SnapTrend video
* May 2012 new corporate blog statements by Gary about possibly working/incorporating SnapTrends into future EDWY products
* Where are Garys comments from October to April 2012 that he was attempting to get PM to make changes to 2.0?
* Piled up requests in the 2.0 customer service Queue, that according to PowerChannels users werent getting answered
* Shutting down the PowerChannels without telling the Users why before he shut them down
IMO Gary will have to pay up, if the Judge decides in Gary's favor..cool maybe he can start to focus 100% on rev generation
No one can explain why Gary continued working with PM on SnapTrends if the basic 2.0 platform was screwed up, makes no sense IMO
Hopefully Gary can put this behind him and focus on making shareholders Big money
