It doesn't make sense for the major investors like
Merus Capital to be holding a huge position only to
watch it tank to zero and then say something like

:

Again, I hate to be a pain...but am trying to learn. can you please explain how you know merus is holding a "huge position" in ASYI??

Merus and Ullah no longer involved?
Merus Capital was involved when ASYI had airline software. ASYI supposedly sold the software license several months ago. IF Merus and/or Ullah are still involved, how can investors verify the association?

If Merus is a huge holder, wouldn't there be some sort of filing that would have to be done showing a large ownership of shares?
