It doesn't make sense for the major investors like
Merus Capital to be holding a huge position only to
watch it tank to zero and then say something like:
"Yay! we're so glad we lost our money???" LOL =D
or, "I guess we're NOT the financial gurus of the
investment world like we thought we were?" or even:
"we're pretty sloppy at doing DD on ASYI???"

Doesn't sound very logical to me unless THEY KNOW
that this is going to be HUGE for not just them but
everyone invested here to just hold on and let the
deal be finalized they way it has to be done and
then start reaping the HUGE rewards...why would they
bother to even hang around unless this was going
to be a true LIFE CHANGER? Just my opinion...
