Whoooaaaaaa!!! you make a couple of leaps.....

the first issue is federal government and your statement/belief that the US gov. is a corp and the people own nothing, etc, etc.....and, in that regard you posted the 1st plank of communism re: property rights (or lack thereof)....

here's the thing....I pay no property tax to the Feds. the only thing feds get is income tax ......

soooo, it would seem as I stated earlier....a technicality of an antique unenforceable law.....

next issue....we "switch gears" and now involve the state.....

the drive is towards ownership of anyTHING is only by the State.

Do you "own" anything now?

Your home, your automobiles, your business, your children, your own body, your labor?

No, not a one of those things is your's, by definition

don't go thru long gyrations....

just simply and concisely....how is it we don't own our cars or children, etc????
