GEO, the drive is towards ownership of anyTHING is only by the State.

Do you "own" anything now?

Your home, your automobiles, your business, your children, your own body, your labor?

No, not a one of those things is your's, by definition. That being the ultimate and exclusive right conferred by a lawful claim or title, and subject ...

Now, that being so, wasn't it the IMPORTANCE of property rights that this nation was founded on? That governments and men couldn't just come sweeping in and mess with that?

You couldn't even vote if you weren't a property owner, originally. What happened?

People are finding what they believed was their theirs being confiscated everyday. People doing no harm. And then they have no reasonable recourse.

What is that, GEO? What do we call that?

It's happening on a greater and greater scale. And no compensation allowed.

In ALL natural rights philosophies, a "taking" is to be a compensated right because property equals rights.

Where there is no ownership, there are very restricted rights and mostly just privileges. This country is devolving into oligarchic feudalism and that ain't good!

Justice Louis Brandeis said something to this effect and I'm trying to find the actual quote.

"Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable..."
~ JFK, the last "American" President
