In regards to you claiming the 10-K basically said there would be another A/S increase soon...

I can tell you that we have had no discussions regarding our authorized share count in light of the recent increase to 5 billion shares authorized. This requires a shareholder proxy and vote as we recently completed to increase our authorized shares to meet our potential obligations. Thanks, rGW

Thought it was always 150% that's why we went to 5bill, and to pay down debt and cost of operations.
