I'm probably just impatient but would like to know if there's any hold up. To me, I think the deal would be pretty straightforward, but again that's just me (someone who doesn't run a business).
Sounded pretty promising with the last update we got -- HBRM could be the lone surviving company, which puts CHRI merging into HBRM. I'm still rootin' for a 1-for-6 -- it'd be a great payday.
