So, according to your public statement, you believe that Velociti is involved with HTI in a scam to defraud shareholders of HLNT or that Velociti signed a JV that they do not believe will profit them ? That they placed the announcement on their own website so that all of their other clients (Wal-Mart, JB Hunt etc…) could see a ‘well if it happens announcement’? And one can infer from what you said that you also think Launchit is being irresponsible for representing HTI in marketing a product that is a sham?

Thanks for the reply. Just curious as to how you know they have not signned any fleet deals. Do you have a source for that kind of info or is it speculation?

Hi PD, I too had always big doubts about the Dongfeng JV;
there where allot of redflags from day 1 when they first told us about Dongfeng.

We of course heard from HOSS & Dongfeng from HLNT,
but did anyone ever seen any offcial confirmation from Dongfeng itself?
That they actually had a JV,
and were about to make a production line for the HOSS ?
Anyone from the board had actually contact directly with Dongfeng ?

The joint venture claim with Dongfeng is total bs. I know shareholders who are just waitin for HLNT to make those claims again.
