I think of all HLNT PRs the same, all bs. That's because I don't let wishful thinkin cloud the facts. the facts are that no HLNT PRs ever prove to be anythin but total bs. This line of HLNT bs started with the Anything RV lies that HLNT PR'd. You need to start a whole lot closer to the words that comprise these nonsense HLNT claims. You're askin me about how I feel about a company that has agreed to mfr hho units and another that agreed to install them. Gee that's a big deal. What do those two have to lose by sayin "sure, I'll build em and install em IF you actually sell em. Wow, what a great bit of news that is.
I thought HLNT was a Distributor based company. that sales went through distributors that install? These dudes will never sell hho units in any quantity that will support this public company. This whole concept only works when you can create shares, distribute them to who ya want and pump up the pps with total nonsense. Any rational investor who does his homework knows that. Share ownership causes some to simply make up whatever they need to say in order to get that paper to be worth somethin. Take a look at the views expressed on the FORECLOSURE. Their logic seems to be that if you change the company name then all contractural obligations entered into while using the previous name just vanish. Got some bad news for ya bro, it don't happen that way. Same company, new name and all obligations and liabilities remain in place. The FORECLOSURE lawsuit is goin horrible for HLNT. HORRIBLE. HLNT no longer has any claims available with the lenders. HLNT is simply buyin time while it blames it's own executives for the ridiculous decisions they've made. So what? Does that make debt go away? The court is gonna say so what too. HLNT needs to file a Complaint naming these dudes includin the first fraud felon Robinson. I'm all for that. Just don't claim that NIR or anyone else made the decisions other than the CEO's of HLNT then known as SSEV.
There aint no real deals in place to help shareholders. The joint venture claim with Dongfeng is total bs. I know shareholders who are just waitin for HLNT to make those claims again. They won't, trust me on that. HLNT is now at a point where it's a simple share game. No cash flow and nothin but vague news about somebody willing to get paid to produce hho units and another willing to be paid to install em. PAY SOMEONE? Really? With what? HLNT loses a hundred K a month. That's their own claim which we've seen is always bs. I'm not sure how any rational investor could get excited about any HLNT PR unless they were stuck with shares and see a way out.
