I agree. Given current fundamentals and growing prospects, I believe 54M is not a BIG deal.

FWIW, I'm not trying to make it one, either. I only brought it up because it is better to be aware of, than not.

KMAG has been a baffling play for practically everyone. There's not a single person here who didn't originally believe their .004-.023 buys were well placed. In the long run, it most likely matter, but for now, I think it'd be wise to be a bit more apprehensive. Atleast, until JR can respond satisfactorily, on the 54M looming.

I mean hey, why buy at .004 if you can buy at .003? There is absolutely no doubt that those last 54M were discounted shares, since they were issued almost a year ago at the same time as the rest of the discounted shares. There is no doubt they're coming. Question is, will they come quickly, or will they wait to do damage at a more profitable time?
