The trading price on 7/18/2011 was .019 So at the discounted price they were still bought at close to .01 ( I forgot what the discount was but about 70%) I do not see someone selling shares for .004 when they paid more than twice that for them.
i agree not a big deal..but with everyone hoping that JR would buy 50 million shares......which to me seems high..
54 million additional hitting the market would be very counter productive to what the buyback was trying and could accomplish....
i guess what can be said is that if jeff buys back shares.....regardless of how much it is...it is more of a statement of him putting his money where his money is.
hoping for a detailed update form jeff on this 54 million dollar ?
