Before the deal... hicks must have had some value..which Appleton liked and agreed for the business combination for the greater glory and profits..which later fell apart..but then.. hicks should revert back to its previous intrinsic value which attracted Appleton in the first place...whats your take on this?.


....Also if hicks by itself did not have any value ...then they would have a hard time raising the $150 million which they did ..
