Absolutely, Traderfan. I hope Solomon will focus on it after he is done with dilution. Because if he treats shareholders the same way in the future we will NEVER EVER get 1) any real institutional interest and hence 2) any reasonable valuation. SIAF can then make stockpile of profit every year but noone will evaluate it.

Creating shareholder base and trust is very long process and Solomon will have to change his view completely from the very basis on this topic to attract some big guys others than JF.

Part of creating shareholder value is also to get your stock up to a reasonable level.

That are not the CEOs responsibility as a firsthand priority, as a secondhand effect to his priorities yes of course its a benefit with a raising pps aswell, the whole point of taking the costs and burdens of a public listing are to tap in to a equity market,and to get interestfri loans against a bit of the profits...
Most companies would be pleased to be rid of additional owners no doubt if they could finance it all anyway...
