Solomon has already made his intentions clear. Unless he lies, 2013 will be the last year he needs to issue shares for financing. I can see another 10-15 m shares next year vs 20m-22m shares this year. 2014 onward will be a totally different ballgame.

Either you believe that or you donot.

Solomon is NOT going to change his views; that should be clear, which is why all the whining is so pointless (as well as destructive). There will be 'dilution' through next year, after which there will be none. That's what IS.

"Because if he treats shareholders the same way in the future we will NEVER EVER get 1) any real institutional interest and hence 2) any reasonable valuation."

~~The Jordan Fund holds 50%, how much more interest do we need?

As long as this isn't fraud, our time will come.

"Because if he treats shareholders the same way in the future we will NEVER EVER get 1) any real institutional interest and hence 2) any reasonable valuation. SIAF can then make stockpile of profit every year but noone will evaluate it.

Creating shareholder base and trust is very long process and Solomon will have to change his view completely from the very basis on this topic to attract some big guys others than JF."

You are very wrong in thoose assumptions i´m quite sure.
The base for institutions are a longterm dividend that are hopefully increasing and are part of a long term supertrend of one sort or another, try asking hyperboy his view on the subject, he are part of a loose institution as far as i can valuate it. The only ones he wont attract are chart staring pennytraders with the moves he´s done sofar as we all are aware atleast...
Only future will prove us right or wrong with this.

He havn´t treated shareholders wrong in anyway the U.S markets have...
