i DON'T wanna cast aspersions on ANYONE. I personally am not calling anyone a liar, just to be clear. i do not know any of these characters personally.
Mr. Barwicki's point was shareholders got nothing of real value from Wilmot. in theory this is true, except if u've made a profit from selling the stock, etc.
it's my opinion that Wilmot has screwed himself into a corner by letting his fields rot, IF they have oil. egoh has no revenues and they/he owes $.
(and Wilmot's filing to the SEC in 2011 may spell trouble for him down the road. the one re: "it's a producing co., a non-shell, etc."). this r/m may steer him clear of all that.
it'd seem to me Wilcot won't get much of anything in the r/m becos of these matters.
THAT ACTUALLY could be A BUMMER for us, cos i could see the old man backing out becos of not getting enuf $, thinking it's worth more. BUT, then again, i think all his crap is coming to a head/end. nowhere else to go.
what Barwicki has planned i do NOT know. my 1st inclination is simply the worth of the "symbol". egoh is (basically) a shell that's losing $.
there are SO MANY scenarios… like flipping egoh after he r/m's or perhaps sell the oil leases, etc. OR is Barwicki betting on the usa to allow online gambling? thus, inplays would be set.
Barwicki's a "successful businessman", his words not mine. HOW he made his success, i'm not totally sure. some of his "endeavors" are dubious.
is there worth/value in the "so called" oil reserves (or equipment)? perhaps. but since Wilmot could never produce oil, perhaps NOT. thus, Wilcot himself lowered their value.
WHY didn't he ever produce? it's pretty easy to get "a spec deal" (like he even pr'd). but they never materialized. Wilcot can't be THAT dumb, can he? or he's simply greedy and the gravy train is over for him. (i side with greed.)
Barwicki's Inplays also seems like a shell (Barwicki calls it a "start up"). i personally don't know, but i DO know it's been around over a year and someone mentioned 5 years. i only saw mentions for over a year. personally, over a year i do not consider a start up.
i think the lower pps puts more pressure on Wilcot to get the deal done and gives leverage to Barwicki – lower market cap + the debt + the SEC filing as a producing co.
the next PR or 2 will prob. just be fluff, imo.
(i don't know if i REALLY said ANYTHING. but, nothing much else is happening here right now... )
