I agree 1000%. Those cheap shares from the "dump" were snatched up way too fast. Someone wanted them and had the money to take them. Most of us average investors see a dump and think about the "d" word. We do not normally buy heavy when a dump happens and certainly not the kind of money that snatched up the cheap shares. Guys this is called "smart money". I think you nailed it on the head in that post you made. "dumping shares never results in a pps increase". And I must add unless it is smart money.
