Nope. I also emailed MATT a while back about another pink sheet company that was in the same line of business that already had all the software, but were not doing much and he said he was interested in part of the company, but not the whole thing. I am gonna ask him if anything will come out of it.
IF matt succeeds here we are in for a big ride. And I mean big. Got funds coming here and will shoot the bid up significantly and as soon as some more pieces come together here I will just hit the ASK immediately before the price gets away from us.

Yes it has been documented exactly what's going on here. MVP has exposed Baron Capital as the box job / share selling scam. Dwyer also has a history of shells which is used as his personal ATM. The hook here is Dwyer using an industry with big words like Billion dollars industry to suck more investors money dry.
