LG, I heard on NPR that it was the Gubbermints fault there were so many poor minorities in N.O., you see they subsidize housing and p[ay them to be there so it is their fault.... They need to rethink this next time, pay them and subsidize them to live in the rural countryside out of harms way!~<NG>.......Hmmmmmmmmmmm
