Let me put that in a different light ----- like they are trying to FIND some common ground as a "group of COUNTRIES" --- which is very difficult........it's really no different than trying to find COMMON ground w/ 57 states!! ;-)
And ---- couple that challenge in "EU" w/ the fact many/most are 'socialist' driven countries w/ "hands out" attitudes......even tougher to find solutions.
And ----- U.S. economy is such that we really cannot help them out much. Although Gucci bags are still selling!!!
