You know what I'd like to see? The DTC report on JBII. You see what most don't realize is that short sales are BOUGHT by somebody......and that will show up on the DTC report. When you got more shares on that puppy than you got in your OS.......well, guess what Dorothy.........you got NAKED SHORTS......
And the company can pull that report at any time.......and report back to us on what it reveals......hint hint..
There is one caveat with this. Certain Off shore holdings will NOT show on any DTC report......z
PS. The DTC report shows holdings by brokerage for those that aren't aware of that.......
it should not take more than a few months following the AGM in July 2012
for FUD and ERRONEOUS EXPLANATIONS about JBII trading patterns to shake out!
Personally I think there are a couple of MMs and Hedge Funds in big trouble based on empirical evidence found on this board explained by certain regularly occurring patterns!
