Any good lawyer would have done the dd to make sure that they are buying something from the person who has the right to sell it. I hope that lawyer refunds cbis for the screwup. So I wonder what it was that Dr Ivan didn't have the right to sell? The rights to the brand, or medical practice? Or could it be that in Nevada, a medical office needs to be owned by a medical doctor or doctors (licensed in nevada) and not by non medical doctors. I know in most states that is the case.
