I mean if one only reads what the company puts out, whether it's their filings or PR's. It should be fairly obvious that something isn't quite right. It just doesn't make any sense. To say the they are at a certain point then take a step back and another. They mention attorney's from both agreed and redrafting the agreement. There really isn't much to hash out in what they claim was the oversight. They can either do a deal or they can't. If they are in the processes of redrafting it, then they must have seen it for what it was. I won't even get into the fact that they each have attorney's; and neither saw the problem before hand?
My concern is that there isn't any difference with this deal and any of the other deals, or events, that haven't happened. More than enough time has past on those and all have fallen into the CBIS blackhole...
BTW- it appears ameritrade is not up. No trades on any stocks refreshing. What do you show? I have 1664631 traded last is 0.0595
