Everyone can go for tit-for-tat over natural disasters. The fact is we are not putting any money in the piggy bank for when the next big one comes along.

I think not. The likes of Boehner, Cantor, Pelosi, Reid and McConnell need to go. And to tell you the truth I like Boehner as he was willing to work with the president last year to resolve the debt crisis. But he didn't have the balls to stand up to Cantor and the young guns of the repubican party.
So kick them all to the curb.
