I'm willing to wait. I see significant progress and a business plan coming together. This is a huge undertaking, and MK is doing quite well in laying the foundation for a solid company.

No thanks. I don't invest in pink sheet scams. While I didn't say this was a "death spiral" financial arrangement for NHSH, the announcement is consistent with other announcements in the non-reporting pink sheet world that were indeed "death spiral" financing. Take it to the bank.
