No thanks. I don't invest in pink sheet scams. While I didn't say this was a "death spiral" financial arrangement for NHSH, the announcement is consistent with other announcements in the non-reporting pink sheet world that were indeed "death spiral" financing. Take it to the bank.

Until "boobie" lives up to his word and provides transparency, this will always be a scam. He can prove me wrong or he can remain silent and prove me correct, this is a scam. The ball is in his court.
