.0023 is exactly what the chart I posted shows. Not sure where you are seeing .0034 unless you are looking at the open.

Oh, I understand what you are looking at. You see a solid green candle with a high of .0034. That's not what a solid green or red candle means. Go to this link and it will teach you how to read a candle.
