I don't think there were any 'paid' promos, just some trading groups putting emails out. I have yet to find one disclaimer about a paid promo.

There has been many promo's. Even if it was a investment 3rd party bet yaaa the shares still came from the company. Over last month or last 3 weeks OS is now about 63,000,000 when 3 weeks ago it was hmmmmm I think 47,000,000.

So be it a 3rd party or the company dilution to some extent has been going on over last 3 weeks. Check TA to confirm.
