When the contract was put together is was 500M shares. Now 400 Million shares. That's all I see WDRP offers.

Robert does not need a new shell, just a good contract, most likely preferred with a big name well-established company.

Wanderport is without funds and without the credibility to raise funds at this point. Since funding of product development and IP protection is what Wanderport offered contractually, and then lining up manufacture, distribution, marketing, it is pretty hard to see why Robert would want to stay with this crew if there is a viable product-line and if there is a clear way out of legal obligations.
