I guess the point that really sticks me is the partial share loss. Each preferred share at 200 regular shares at a 12 to 1 leaves a remainder of 0.6 or 8 shares to be payed at the average of the previous 3 days. In my opinion that is just plain wrong.If they want/need to reduce shares outstanding it needs to be evenly divisible into the preferred shares. Or at least at the 0.70 price payed.
