IMO the ratio 12-1 is TOO HIGH. Otherwise, I would agree with the rs. Disagree with the " take down" implication. Share structure,revenue,*****PROFIT*****, dividends--ect. A different "exchange" would NOT be detrimental for the company OR shareholders. We still have ample time to remain compliant with the NYSE. I agree to disagree--LoL We will need to see how this play out.
