We may have conditions established in Ark at this VERY MOMENT to
execute on that very premise Swarm!

I am hearing that we are close to that reality. Last time conditions
were such, we got a material PR revealing some HLNT alliances.

We'll have to wait & see...time will tell, ...always does!
