It comes down to this:

HLNT has returned to the 0.01+ range reflecting it's potential as a company which provides a revolutionary fuel saving product at the right time. However it needs to demonstrate achieving some of that potential to continue to justify the share price in this range IMO.

I feel that the company is finally positioned to achieve many of its long term goals, but it really needs to keep announcing milestones which support those goals in order to maintain the share price. And that especially includes announcing revenue, upon which announcement the sky is the limit here.
