The "leak" would not even have to be inaccurate. Perhaps, it got out the court was about to issue the ruling. That alone could have pushed it up given that many (including me) thought the patent would be invalidated.

MNTA—why does the court enter a decision about the patents being "infringed" rather than worded that the patents are valid? Perhaps just legalese?

The Court’s ruling was that Teva’s patents are valid and that they are infringed by MNTA’s generic Copaxone.
