So why the runup Friday before the after market news? Anybody think there was an inaccurate leak out of the court and some speculated that the news would be positive for MNTA?
Otherwise, cannot make sense out of it as it was rising throughout the day. Perhaps a short fearul of news coming out.
Likewise, for the legal folks, why does the court enter a decision about the patents being "infringed" rather than worded that the patents are valid? Perhaps just legalese?
