I agree, there are some legit questions that are brought up, but the there are the typical bashers that have the wildest imaginations. If Jeff didn't pay off a large debt for KMAG at .01 I would be worried, but he is more invested in the stock then any of us and he will do what it takes to get us on a bigger board IMO.

Exactly Monarch. I'm not tryin' to say anything bad about KMAG. I'm sure investors hate to see their invest go down day after day after day with a few green days in between. After all this is still a pinky stock and should be treated as such. As the saying goes if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I think KMAG doesn't follow that saying and I hope i'm right. Until the PPS changes it's downward direction there will be still doubts about the company. So keep it realistic and all we can do is just wait and see how this all plays out...IMO

The company has provided attorney comfort letters and hired CPAs to ease those concerns but again the financials aren't audited.

Even audited stocks can be trouble. Many China stocks have been a perfect example. It is wise to remember that KMAG is no less a foreign stock than any Chinese stock. Also wise to remember is that while foreign stocks can be halted, SEC prosecution for fraud is extremely difficult, at best.

Excellent post. If asking questions and expressing concerns is "whining" or "being a cry baby", the only ones with a brain are the whiners and the cry babies. There's nothing wrong with asking questions or expressing opinions on an "opinion board".

FWIW, according to my calculations:
750,000,000 = A/S
625,000,000 = JR's 25m Preferred A shares (x25 common) prior to 4/30
625,000,000 = JR's 25m Preferred A shares (x25 common) as of 5/3

2 Billion Common Shares

Now that's a whole lot more than 750m and it does concern me. Possibly this stock is trading more like a 2 billion share stock than a 750m share stock.

I would appreciate others thoughts on this. Please don't call me a basher or a whiner. This is just an expression of concern and I'm interested in what others may think. That is all. Really, I don't want to anger anyone. Look KMAG Weeeee. Is that ok?
