I guess the one saving grace is use can only 1 percent every 90 days which equates to 6 million shares. The company could certainly buy that much back to keep the os stable . Does that help?

There are only 25 mm "A"s out there...not 50 mm. Conversion rate is 1 A = 25 commons.
