Did he mean to say "We continue to have licensing and partnering related discussions with wireless communications providers and hardware manufacturers. We are also moving forward with Flash-R patent activities."
You don't use continuing twice in the same sentence. And, what does it mean that they are "continuing Flash-R patent activities?" Have they created an infringement dart-board and during activity period they throw darts to see who to fantasize about suing? What is a patent activity? This is language a high school student might use. It is nebulous at best and sophmoric at worst.
