At least he admitted the markman was unfavorable and it was a ruling. I have seen it claimed it was good for us and it wasn't even a ruling. Thanks Fred for clearing that up for those who claimed otherwise. I can't believe it got twisted that way in the first place but hey it's edig and everything usually gets twisted from the real truth.
Also many errors in that release. Did Robert putnam make that many errors when he was actually running the company. Maybe we need to hire a proof reader.
