$IMDS >> The technique is only a winner and the concept of "toxic death spiral financing" applies only when the company issues an R/S...well since inception in 1994, the company has never had an R/S, and CEO has confirmed there never will be, and the funding needed prior to 6/30 will be non-toxic...therefore, the whole "technique" has already ended due to the fact there hasn't been a single newly issued share for over a month now.

DOH!! Sorry, here's link to DEATH SPIRAL FINANCING with Southridge Capital and Stephen Hicks featured.

http://www.investingadvisers.com/finance/articles/the_mysterious_world_of_death_spiral_finance.php

...and don't let ANYONE tell you that they are not issuing shares for the last month. It's the ONLY method they have left right now, and the debt must be paid somehow!!

Why would they suddenly stop doing what they've been doing all along? Heck, they floated another 2B shares so they could!! Those shares are running out, so look for MORE SHARES to be issued or a REVERSE SPLIT and they'll keep the same number outstanding, or do 100:1 and reduce the outstanding to 1B.

my original post...

Here an article that will explain it.

None other than Southridge Capital was its lender when this TOXIC DEATH SPIRAL hit the bottom.

It's 10 years old, but that doesn't matter; the technique is still a winner for the lenders.
