So far from the truth! The concept of death spiral financing has nothing to do with reverse splits! The company has told everyone that they are engaged in toxic financing if you look at 10-q. So you are telling everyone that the share price has dropped strictly on merit of the company? That's even worse. The fact is that they have so much convertible debt on the books that you are in a death spiral. Unless they get a last minute bailout before 6/30 they are in big big trouble. More so than today. Read the facts staring at you in the 10-q!
