Andrew indicated he did not have any time frame for the full resolution of the issue. But, IMO progress IS being made. As for the other two companies you speak of- I'm unfamiliar with that issue.

I do think Andrew has taken the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

My understanding is that only one company has ever had their DTC chill removed in the past.

It's important folk understand that the DTC chill was not imposed because of the TA issues, which many companies had, and most of whom were not chilled.

The link is that WDRP's old TA turned a blind eye to many illegal practises, such as selling shares that were meant to be restricted, and not keeping an accurate count of the O/S.

Therefore the TA was attractive to scam stocks such as WDRP.

The chill was imposed because the DTCC became aware of specific irregularities with WDRP stock, not because of some blanket chill imposed on all of National Stock Transfer's clients.

The claim that it is is merely a lie propagated by the organized crime ring behind WDRP to attempt to obscure the truth.
