#298 RE: Churak #296

Churak, While time does not curve back onto itself
like a ray of light will, based on space being curved,
not light, time does stand-still & freeze on iHub here
in regards to a post creation. Now before you go into
a state of worry, i have good news just reported about
the fact that time will NOT do a reset to zero since
the Big Crunch will not arrive to nullify our Big Bang :o)
as it seems all knowned matter in the universe has NOT
the pull of each's gravity to slow down the current expansion
and reverse direction to a drawing together of everything
into a final single just one black hole to next Big Bang.
ok,
iHub & us is safe now
but,
in regards to your request for enlightmint of
my eakin' idea, of what i said, lets visit the Test thread.

test thread
Post Number - Subject - (iHub Time Stamp of this Post)

#435 Message In Reply To: 9:47:29 (2/15/2003 9:48:47 PM)

ok,
post #435 replied to post #434 at 9:48:47
post #434 in Edit Window reposted itself at 9:51
so,
iHub did NOT modify post #434 time-stamp after an edit & update
meaning,
BobZ means that the time-stamp of a post is its "birthday"
so,
all you gotta do is have a seperate clock on your pc
labeled very clearly as iHub Time if you not in est zone
and from this you can determine the posts edit window
as being expired ot active if you deem the post's content
to be important as not changed for a reply or simply usage.
maybe,
Zeev Hed can chime in on this issue, as his board is used
in a real time frame for trading based on a post's content.
also,
I did mention that a KEEP on another's post in edit window
will allow one to check it later for a re-reading. This a simple
bookkeeping method to put into one's MailBox a bunch of
read posts to doublecheck, and once re-looked at, delete.
GOSH,
Edit Msg (5 min left)
I'am really abusing this edit window as this is my third time,
and would like to mention another iWish i made that i don't
thing was posted on this board, but it was a need for a user
to be able to select different folders(not yet in iHub functionality)
to place a KEEP when one can have more than one KEEP
available so that a KEEP'ed context is available.
