i recently stumbled upon ICPA. why is it that the stocks was trading so high than fizzled out for that period of time? looks like a pump and dump until the recent uptrend these past couple weeks. i dont want a loser here

I believe the opposite of the statement though, and that some of the best traders are sitting right in their living room. Who needs a trading floor when you have lightning fast Internet, and real-time steaming news and quotes from every country and market in the world?
